This Privacy Policy explains how Principium Technology LLC (“RentFast,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use RentFast as a property manager or tenant.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email, phone number, business name and address (property managers).
Property and lease information: property addresses, unit details, rent amounts, and tenant contact information entered by a property manager.
Payment information:RentFast does not store full card or bank account numbers. Payment details are collected and stored directly by Stripe, our payment processor, under Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Service, process rent payments, send transactional emails (such as payment receipts and reminders) via our email provider Resend, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with the service providers that power RentFast, including Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication and database hosting), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Property managers can see the tenant information they enter and payment activity for their own properties. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and access-controlled infrastructure — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction information for as long as the account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account as described below.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. Property managers can delete properties and tenants directly within the product; deleting a property manager account removes the associated business and tenant records.
8. Cookies
RentFast uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
9. Children’s Privacy
RentFast is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.
